Our 2025 Annual Meeting will be held at the Couer d’Alene Resort in Idah-Sep 6-9, 2025!

The deadline to reserve a room is July 15, 2025.

Itinerary

Saturday September 6, 2025

Arrival at The Couer D’Alene Resort 115 S. 2nd Street Couer D’Alene, Idah-83814 (855) 280-4398

Transportation options – Reserve the airport bus pickup $45 each way (1-855-379-5478)

1600 hours: Check-in time

1730 hours: Cocktails with dinner following

1830 hours: Dinner at Casc-Bay/Kidd Island

  • Dress is whatever, you’re on a mini vacation and you are a Kings Pointer so… pave your own fashion path!
  • Open bar included for the first two hours.
  • Transportation to dinner – your feet.
  • We are in a private dining room.

Sunday September 7, 2025

0800 - 1200 : Annual meeting at Casc-Bay/Kidd Island room

Light breakfast with fruit, local pastries, coffee, tea (included in the “reimbursement payment”)

0845 hours: meeting begins

1200 hours: meeting will most likely conclude before this time

  • Lunch Time: Lunch is on your own

1400 - 1600 hours: Group Pontoon boat rentals.

We have reserved three pontoon boats that we can take out on the lake for a few hours. We had thought we could raft together, possibly rent a two-person tube if anyone is interested in tubing, and have a great afternoon together. Coolers will be provided if anyone is interested in bringing soda, water, wine, beer, etc.

1830 hours: dinner at Casc-Bay (again).

Typically we have Sunday dinner as free however four members have to leave Monday morning so we moved the second group dinner to Sunday night.

  • Dress is a bit more dressy.
  • Dinner will be a buffet style.
  • Open bar for two hours.
  • Costs will be included in the “reimbursement payment”
  • Transportation to dinner – your feet

Monday September 8th, 2025

All day: free time

  • Lots of activities to choose from including several hiking trails, complimentary bike rentals, spa, etc.
  • Downtown Couer D’Alene is two blocks away. It has over 100 stores to browse through and several restaurants.

1830 hours: dinner in downtown Couer D’Alene

  • Restaurant is either Dockside at the resort (they take reservations) or Sweet Lou’s in town (don’t take reservations). Will let everyone know at the meeting.
  • Dress is casual
  • Dinner and drinks will be added to “reimbursement payment”
  • Transportation to dinner – your feet

Tuesday September 9th, 2025

1100 hours: Check-out time

  • Bid farewell to old friends, new friends, and those we just didn’t get a chance to know that well this trip but look forward with anticipation to correct that next year!
  • Transportation options – whatever you’ve arranged!

NOTES:

*The “reimbursement payment” covers common group expenses that are required to facilitate this event. * -This includes such items as meals, group activities, event room rentals, etc. that are easier to settle in one large payment rather paying individually.

  • You will only be charged for the events or activities for which you were a participant.
  • At the conclusion of the trip, the trip coordinator (Margaret Gordon) will send an email to everyone advising their amount due.
  • Available payment options will be Zelle or Venmo. Margaret will provide account details in the e-mail advising the amount due.
  • We anticipate the amount to be approximately $400-$450 per person for these items. (Subject to change – actual costs will be divided accordingly.)
